He reels back a bit at the forwardness of the gnome before looking him over proper and sniffing the air a moment, a small wiry smile on his face as he focuses his eyes a moment.
"Suppose that'll do then, might do me good to set up in a hub a sorts....Hhhmmm that be a smell I know all too well. Ya reek kiddo of some low-grade 'splosives, aoughta be careful 'fore ya blow out an eye or something."
He moves out his hand clenched in a fist towards the gnome's hand before bumping it slightly.
"Anybody willin' to blow 'em selves sky-high be alright. Friends call me Krankshaft."

-Wizwik fist-bumps in return- "to be honest it wasn't meant to explode, I make devices that run of very potent energy. I wanted to make something less powerful...most of my devices run off Arcane Reactors I made." as he flips a switch on his left hand and a glass/metal circle glows with energy and small sparks of raw energy flicker around his hand while clicking a switch on his right hand and a small odd coloured fireball forms in his right hand

He laughs lightly as he looks over the strange gear presented to him, taking in the way it all seems to be fitted and working.
"I'll admit I ain't seen something like that kiddo but then again I be out of the loop for awhile now, years spent working on all I do."
He reaches to the canisters on his vest and fiddles with them a bit as he continues to look at the mechanisms on the gnome.

-he shuts them off- "If that's the case then maybe I should look into something else. I dont want to make something that doesn't purposely explode...I get enough assholes around here teasing me that I will explode...although." he pulls out a small capsule "I do have one thing that has a bit of an explosive property to it...nothing super harmful but it stuns someone stupid for roughly five seconds. Wana see?~" he smiles

"If ya gonna make a bomb then be making a bloody bomb, ain't no need to stifle that making spirit. It's how I look at all me gear when I build."
He flips out a small wrench and one of the canisters he was fiddling with before tweaking it a bit as he spoke, listening closely to it.
"A stunner ya got do ya? Not bad I'll say but stun only be half of what makes a boom fun, it's the stun of the 'splosion followed by the power of the payload hitting folk hard as a beefed up Ogre with issues. Like these little fellas."
He holds the canister out a bit and it has some crude paintings on it of a dead smile but the container is wired with a variety of strange items look like a trigger of sorts.

He holsters his canister and moves his body to let a large container on his back roll off gently onto the ground before him as he pats the sides and checks it over before tightening a few things near the top.
"If ya think ya can be keepin' up with me then I 'spose we could try working something together. Might teach ya how not to get yer limbs toasted off playing with the chems as well."
He chuckles almost uncontrollably as he still holds the large container with one hand.

"Pffftt...That be good and all but 'fraid it'll be bout a useful as a bucket of tar against me works. I dabble in all the forms of 'sploding but trust me when I be clearing that some payloads be more than a burn."
He taps his wrench to his side as he leans over a bit and lets himself get comfy against his large backpack container.
