The Note-Taker (TS: 04/23/2015 - Mid afternoon)

[MM/NPL Dustin]

Kyrem sits just outside the tavern. His sword is propped within arms reach on the side of his chair and he appears to be half-bent over a roll of paper in lap. He has a fountain pen, that he uses to scratch out notes and draw small diagrams and maps. He looks up every so often before returning to his work.

[Wizwik]

-Wizwik comes over to the tavern area and notices Kyrem, he comes over and sits beside him- "Hello there Kyrem...working on something?" -Not looking at the notes directly to not snoop-

He looks up to spy the gnome before continuing his work, "Oh, hello Wizwik. I'm just trying to sketch out some battle-plans, trying to jog the memory from my time in the military. So far... well, I've made a mess of a page or two." He sets down the note-covered paper and stretches, "I don't know Wizwik, I think we need a town meeting."

[Wizwik]

"Well I could help ye if ya want, I know little about military planning but I can do Mathmatics and Science to calculate better odds of success. About that town meeting though I think it be best if we let those who have been here a little longer sort out what they want to do...we really dont have the local support as some of those who have been here longer. By all means though suggestions are something they could probably benefit from, but logically people would follow those who they have a deeper history with then those who have recently showed up....but then again that's just my thoughts on the matter" -smiles-

"I'm just waiting for someone to actually show up with some plans, or a strategy or something. All I've heard since I've arrived is 'we need to prepare', but at no point has someone laid in front of the town a battle-plan to defend Ralinwood. I'm just concerned that this town is going to be ash before I can find who I'm looking for." He sighs, "I just want someone to show that specific plans have been made to defend the town beyond improvising when our enemies get here."

[River_forestwolven]

"Good luck with that." *Luna walks by the table with a sad smile, as she orders a tea from the bar.* "Not many of us can read."

[MM/NPL Dustin]

"Those who can't read can still understand pictures, and have a plan dictated to them." Kyrem points out, clearing his throat.

[Wizwik]

"I think the issue is, with such odds stacked against us they are finding something with a high enough probability to have good enough success that people will follow it. No one will follow a plan they think is suicide...for now I will put my trust in those in charge to do the right thing..."

[Sigurd Vask]

"I have a plan. My court and I will just kill 'em all. Problem solved." Grimnir walking past with a wicked smile. "I am first trying diplomacy. We just need to reach a high ranking officer."

[Wizwik]

-Wizwik shrugs- "First plan I've heard yet and I'm not disappointed"
