"Lietuenent, Please, it is Miss Gomorrah as yet. My grandfather is alive and well, last I heard, and he still heads our House."

*Nods at Levi*

"I assume you mean to charm one of their scouts? Maximus may have some alchemy thay could help..."

*looks at Grimnir*

"... unless the Jarl knows much more. I assume we still have yet to determine exactly when their forces will move against us?"

"Brennus briefed you on what we know. I can say that mounting an offensive against the mine will be imperative, especially if we expect to emerge from this with minimal casualties. We are aware that the Bloodbringers united the clans, but the Serrated Blade Chief is their war leader. He consults with a magic user, a wizard of some sort. The prisoner we took suggests that the tribal chieftains were charmed and this is why the Serrated Blade leads." Grimnir shrugs hopelessly. "I volunteer myself and those that will follow me to lead a spearhead assault, but Brennus has prepared a better plan than that and I think it should be suggested. I will say that this will require military prowess and anyone seeking to be a leader in this role must be a veteran of combat."

"Yes, I understand your concern. Perhaps Captain Levi would be well suited to such a job? It would free you, Jarl, to seek more information and ensure that our attackers are well-informed and well-situated."

*Glances at the Navy's man, but keeps at eye on Levi and Grimnir*

"If Levi feels he can handle running the primary defenses, I am happy to function in the aspect of a vanguard and harass our foes until such a point a time that we have an advantage. Whatever is required of me to ensure we all survive this, I am open to. I cannot condone following an untrained and unproven person into this battle however. I understand that people wish to see the Smith rally our forces, but I am not comfortable with this in any form."

Grimnir shakes his head sadly. "I want to see we all survive a force of united Orcish clans and a mercenary army and can continue to establish this place and ensure all here are made stronger for the outcomes. We must stand united, but we must stand united behind someone qualified to lead."
