As most of you have heard by now, after hearing the feedback during the town meeting a couple weeks ago, the Regent and I have decided to scrap the current roster of Wardens and rebuild anew.
Now, for those of you who were unable to attend the meeting and have concerns of your own, please feel free to contact me immediately. Your feedback is vital to our success. We cannot improve if we do not know what needs to be fixed.
That being said, let us move on to the crux of this notice…
We are recruiting. If you have any interest in helping to make Ralinwood a safe, and vibrant place to live while getting paid, we would love to receive your application.
To qualify for consideration, applicants must:
-Know how to read. You cannot enforce the laws if you cannot read them.
-Have decent standing amongst your peers
-Be present in town on a regular basis. We have had frequent issues with being understaffed due to truancy and it has caused a lot of townsfolk’s issues to fall through the cracks and become unresolved. A desire to help and do good is important; but, if you are not present when town needs you most then your intentions are ineffectual.
Thalan are strongly urged to apply. Ideally I would like a diverse group of Wardens and as of late, Thalan have been vastly unrepresented.
Thank you
