As the Citadel brings in lumber and stone to build their settlement, I hope we can finally all agree that they never had any interest in setting a reasonable debt. They know we can never pay it off, and have no intention of leaving.
I do wonder what this means for our town, to be on the border of a new garrison of those notorious as the Church of Light's last course of action against corruption. Many have been far to eager to conflate them with the Rose after the small gestures of good will they showed, but again, these are not a faction typically interested in community outreach.
