Spam Bots and Real Accounts

So I keep getting this one person trying to get their account activated, but when I check their IP address (like I do for a lot of activations), it states that this person is located in India.

I am not discriminating, but generally speaking, Spam Bots IP addresses originate from India or China.


If you are not a Spam Bot and I keep deleting your account, I am sorry and feel free to send me an email to clear this whole business up.
