Contacting a Shaper for in game plot!

Is there a general email or a specific email I can contact about some in game plot for Grollog?
More specifically the giant frogs and my quest to find them again etc.

Start with Head of Plot; if a certain Shaper is running something or if she chooses to delegate it to another Shaper she'll redirect you.
