Based on recent marshalling observations, Ralinwood will not attempt a thrusting with latex weapons policy. We will continue to treat cored latex weapons as non-thrusting weapons only.
Only a very small minority of latex weapons considered at logistics are safe for thrusting to the marshals' comfort and allowing thrusting for those few means that all others needed to be marked with yellow tape for safety. In the interest of being kind to players' expensive weapons and allowing them to look as realistic as possible, we will disallow thrusting with cored latex so that weapons don't need to be taped.
Coreless latex such as stilettos will (as always) be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and can be used for thrusting when approved.
