Boffer Building/Character Creation Social - April 26th

Hey everyone! We're looking forward to kicking things off this spring with lots of new players, and with that in mind, we'll be hosting a boffer building and character creation social. The London Public Library has generously offered to co-host this and has provided space for our boffer-smithing at the Crouch branch (Hamilton Rd. west of Trafalgar). We're scheduled for April 26th, and you're welcome to drop in any time between 2pm and 5pm.
Everyone's welcome, so if you're an older player and you'd like to come just to hang out or to help new players with character builds and weapon-making we'll be happy to see you there.

We may schedule a second new player social depending on how high the demand is so that everybody has a chance to talk to vets and get the help that they need. We'll keep you appraised of any changes or additional dates.

Sounds great... maybe there can be something like dinner or heading to a bar after? Just for the heck of it 'cause it may be a trek for some... (being completely selfish).

That's a great idea. Once we get closer to April and have a better idea how many people we're expecting we can pick somewhere. I have a feeling they'll want warning if they're going to get a big troupe of LARPers rolling in all at once.

Don't worry! We'll post basic plot stuff much sooner than that, so you can jump right into character building, either alone or with a group. And we're definitely hoping to have other socials before April. This is just the first one where we've got a time and place booked and ready to go. You'll get ample chance to jump in.
