The Future of the Bounty Hunters Guild
#1
Citizens of Ralinwood,

The Duvainian Bounty Hunters Guild apologizes for the careless actions of one Arliden Ven'Avalon. He does not seem to have a grasp on the definition of a penal colony, and has been relieved of his status as representative of the Guild for your town.

Henceforth, Guildmaster Jacob Kraye of the Ralinwood branch of the Duvainian Bounty Hunters Guild will receive all bounties of relevance to your branch.

For bounties to be official in Ralinwood, it must be signed by at least one of the nobles to acknowledge that it has passed through Ralinwood's noble court to ensure validity under the laws of the town as a penal colony. Unless approved by a noble of the Ralinwood court, all citizens are given sanctuary status while they are sworn to a Lord or Lady of Ralinwood and will not be hunted as bounties.

Furthermore, all consequences for their crimes prior to becoming a citizen of Ralinwood are suspended until such time as either their citizenship is revoked or they are acquitted of their crimes entirely. Any breach of this edict will result in a similar fate to Arliden Ven'Avalon, as it is considered contrary to the wishes of Duvain.

For any questions directed to the main branch of the Duvainian Bounty Hunters Guild, address letters through the Skein Gate to myself, Vardyn Hallios. Arliden is no longer associated with the Guild.

Penned by,

Vardyn Hallios,
Vizier of the Duvainian Bounty Hunters Guild
