Aja Questions
#1
Ok, so I have been looking forwards to building a Clan in Ralinwood, and by the looks of it you have to have 10 Aja to do so. Sadly I dont think we have 10 regulars that show up repetitively enough to know that we are wanting to make a Clan. So that being said, what options do we have in enticing wayward travelling Aja players to swing by Ralinwood and maybe join a Clan? Would it be at all possible for a Clan to start smaller and gather numbers? Because sadly its hard to get 10 Aja at the moment, other races are really more desirable. And what about calling a Bazaar to help our Ralinwood family out? I dont know the logistics of all of this, but if we could get word to players outside of Ralinwood that we are looking for Aja to make a Clan, that would be great help and a boon to Ralinwood for sure!

Thoughts, answers, suggestions?

I’m not sure myself but my best guess would be to let shapers and plot know your intentions on starting a camp and spend time IG convincing players to join the clan (again updating shapers/plot with new members). My best recomendation would be to get in contact with an NPL on more information but most of these kind of things are taken care of IG.

Thats what I thought, and Im already posting in forum of my intentions to gather Aja, I also mentioned it in the Town Meeting, and Ive already got two to four Aja in Ralinwood ready to join up, as well as talks with the House of I to organize an encampment situation so that my lil Caravan can benefit from the House of Is protections. So in game on the next one, there will already be an active alliance built and Aja banding together as it is... just Im not entirely sure how to get ahold of Shapers and such for the logistics of it all. Im also on the Discord now, so perhaps that will help. But this was my attempt to get a little more attention on the matter, and to get some more information about Bazaar and maybe talk to logistics and shapers and such on how we could go about creating a Clan when we dont have that many active Aja in Ralinwood.... its a shame that we need so many to just form a family band name, especially starting out in such a small town as Ralinwood....

Hey Zii~ Java here.

As I've been in this situation before, The Brewlords started small and took a damn long time to finally build up the numbers to get more rolling. Lucky for Aja you guys get a bonus for having even more numbers, which is super awesome! I can understand the want to get such awesome things working. My recommendation for the time being is patience. You've done fantastic work into getting the word out there that you want to put this Aja Caravan together, I support it 110%. It just comes down to players wanting it as well and that part can be hard. Dont give up even if the wait is a long time. It's worth the wait to rally the players to create Aja to enjoy what you want to offer.

Keep up the great work spreading the word to both Players and Shapers. If anything, dont let the number of Aja players stop you from making a clan. Nothing is stopping you from getting the name going and adding numbers as you grow. The mechanical effects might not click in, but making something in this game is half the joy~

The Crossroads place isnt anything without the people there to enjoy it. Work on something you will enjoy for [YOU] not the mechanics XP

Hope this helped keep your spirits up, from your friend Java =3

It really does Java, and we have been working on it behind the scenes regardless! We few have already set up a camp area, and are going to begin collecting together, I have a decent number of willing folk who love the idea, and maybe a few new Aja and old that might just come around and add to our numbers! I am already designing an insignia for us that is easily embroidered, and Im working on decorations for our camp to really make it an Aja Caravan (next to the House of I camp, of course). Patience may not be my strong suit, but Im trying. I just really want this experience for the players, so that we can really roleplay out our races ways, because I love the way Aja are written, and I would love to see a more easily represented focus for that!

Crossroads, House of I, the Einhar tartans; these are all my examples of what I would like for Aja as well. Not to be like yall, of course, but to know the feeling of belonging to a group larger than just yourself. Insert dramatic monologue speech about how great and important family and our Ancestors are to us here lol
