Dear Citizens of Ralinwood,
I am Hector Turnbull, and pending the termination of your current Regent I will be offered the position. I intend to take said position, in order to improve the standard of work your Wardens do as well as improve the quality of life of all of you in the area. I will bring the same dedication that I bring to my work in central Duvain, and I will expect that of my Wardens. I expect my placement in your town to only last a year. The reason for such being that I am required to recuse myself from the mainland pending an investigation that I have person bias in. Next, Wardens, I will be addressing you.
Wardens, your job is about to become more difficult. Should you rise to the occasion, you will certainly make justice obtainable. I plan for us all to have a meeting upon my arrival on the Thirteenth of this month. Do not be late. Those of you who can read, bring parchment and inkwells. Those of you who cannot read, you will be required to learn. You cannot enforce laws if you cannot read them. We will be taking a look at your laws during this meeting, but by the time we are complete we will have a good set of laws that we are all informed about. Finally, Captain Riven Shadowlight.
Captain Riven Shadowlight, I would like you to greet me at your local Skein Gate upon my arrival in order to direct me to the Pavillions, where your Wardens, yourself, and I will be having our meeting. I would like a list of the current Wardens. In addition to this, I would like a run down of what your previous Regent did as well as his responsibilites. I trust in your ability to do this, Captain Riven. Make your first impression a good one.
