Citizens of Ralinwood,
I am pleased to announce that Royce, my head of guard, has agreed to provide training to those who wish to specialise in combat with a shield. The cost will be 2 gold to any citizen sworn to me and 5 gold for any citizen not sworn to me. You must speak to either myself or Royce if you wish to take the training. The first session will take place on the 13th day of this month at 10 bells in the morning.
