"Hi all of Ralinwood, I'll cut to the point; my Soul Bound, metal changing staff is not being put to good use in my hands so I want to hand it off to a Magic/Staff wielder that could make better use of it. Problem being is that...well its stuck to me soul. I don't do magic stuff but if you can help me get it off me soul without killing me, that would be great. I have a idea that might work, which involves me using me dispel magic device and putting it in someone else's hands in the hopes when the magic comes back it locks into the soul holding it after ten minutes. I feel this is what me Grandpapi would have wanted. Seek me out or gather me for a meeting on how you want to go about this."
