If I may be permitted to be brazen enough, as a humble elf, to leave a message in the midst of such illustrious knights,
I should like very much, as perhaps will many others, to know what this organisation aims to do. Could you please post up the goals of your order that we might better know its ends?
Also, could you please post publicly the list of vampires so that we might know which individuals to be wary of? I would like to be prepared and be cautious of which voices I follow at night; the town of Jericho, to me, is as a pit of vipers, so I should want to be aware lest their new allies aim to see me bit.
I will, preemptively, assume some warden will take objection to this, and while I will stand by their decision if they do so, I will offer to them the following tale.
The Ass and the Fox formed a tribe, and having entered into partnership together for their mutual protection, went out into the forest to hunt. They had not proceeded far when they met a Lion. The Fox, seeing imminent danger, approached the Lion and promised to contrive for him the capture of the Ass if the Lion would pledge his word not to harm the Fox. Then, upon assuring the Ass that he would not be injured, the Fox led him to a deep pit and arranged that he should fall into it. The Lion, seeing that the Ass was secured, immediately clutched the Fox, and attacked the Ass at his leisure.
I would also remind them that inaction and permissiveness can be as much a declaration of intent as any deal struck between lions and foxes.
