Attention Citizens:
Having personally resolved the threat facing northern Duvain I will be leading the victorious 2nd Brigade home to the Capital. As speed is of the utmost importance, we will be transferring provisions from the entire transport fleet onto the fewest ships required for the remaining troops. The settlement will assist in securing provisions for the remainder of the fleet so that it may follow in the coming weeks.
Many citizens have become aware of some questionable conduct during the course of this military deployment, and I will be opening an investigation into the circumstances that prevented the 2nd Brigades return to the capital. To this end I have extended an invitation to the nobility to return with me to the capital until such time as we have satisfied my investigation.
Should any citizens of import require my attention, they may contact my staff at the pavilions. However, we will be departing with the tide tomorrow morning.
Lord General R. Norwood
