With the coming full moon, this is just a friendly reminder from your Wardens to stay safe. Remember:
Refrain from killing Therians whenever possible. Subdue and stabilize them. 
Don’t wander off on your own. Stay in groups or at least in pairs.
Most importantly, DO NOT MAKE EYE CONTACT with strangers you meet on the road. 
Manners will get you charmed, dominated or killed.
