Seeking out the brew master [ T.S. Nov. 21, 8pm]

[Roland]

Roland enters the tavern and walks up to the bar looking for Capri.

[Capri Aquari]

Behind the bar currently enjoying a series of shots each of varying colour that he seems to be mumbling over, Capri leans lazily on the back area with an open book in his other hand. He turns his attention to Roland's approach and waves with a raised glass carefully.

"Evenin' to ya Brotha Roland, what all can a brotha do for ya?"

[Roland]

Smiles when he sees the brew master and moves quickly over to him " Prefect!  Hello Capri, hope everything is well and good with you and your brewing. I was hoping you'd be in and could maybe help me with something." He takes a seat at the bar " I've got a customer who's in a bit of a bind. He's asked me to make him something and he's finally assembled all the materials I've asked for save one. He hasn't been able to find a transmutation catalyst yet. He'd like his commission made by high winter but without that last ingredient I can't do it unfortunately . That's when you came to mind. I know you've dealt with catalysts in the past. Any chance you happen to have a transmutation one on hand you'd be willing to sell?"

[Capri Aquari]

Taking a moment to place his book aside and down his latest shot, Capri plants the glass on the counter and reaches over to his large chest. He rifles through its contents for a few minutes before pulling out what looks to be a Child's Toy which he holds in a cloth. He places it onto the counter and gives a Ta-Dah type motion before speaking.

"Well ya'll is in luck Brotha Roland, I gots one on hand. It be my only of that kind and its feel be most unwicked. I be fine all up and selling it to ya. Throw me a wicked offer and we'll get all down to business. Shishishi."

[Roland]

" I'll be honest with you my friend.  When it comes to the going price for catalysts I'm afraid I'm a novice.  I know my client has already poured most of their funds into the project already, mostly for the materials mind you. I think I remember them saying they could still afford a price of 2 gold if I did manage to find the catalyst.  Would that be acceptable to you?"

[Capri Aquari]

"Sounds most wicked Brotha Roland. It be all yours, just get a brotha the coin and Ya'll can be using it in what ya got cooking. Mind all yelling a bro what ya got brewing?"

Capri wraps the toy in the cloth and ties it into a bow before hitching it onto his belt. He leans heavily on the bar with a curious expression.

[Roland]

" That's great.  I'll grab the coin and return in a few hours to collect the catalyst. What I need it for is in creating a .." he quickly stops himself " ..Um, actually I never did ask my client if they wanted this kept secret.  I really don't see why they would but I should at least ask then first out of respect.  Nothing against you my friend. Let me grab the coin from them and when I return I'll more then likely be able to tell you what I'm making. I'll be back as soon as I can" with that the smith quickly leaves the tavern.

[Capri Aquari]

"Aye aye bro, take ya self a care. I'll be all up here."

Capri waves lazily as Roland leaves before returning to his book and unfinished shots.

[Roland]

A few hours later Roland reenters the tavern and moves to one end of the bar, looking for Capri.

Leaning against the back space of the bar, Capri has his gaze in his small leather book and is scribbling away with a rough quill. His attention is broken when Roland steps forth and he turns his gaze with a smile to him.

"Welcome on back Brotha Roland, ya'll got ya self squared and such with a groove yer client be chill with?"
