Kyrem takes another sip from his glass, "Better one doesn't get used to the luxurious living of Suvant's upper-class or the like. Not in this day in age at least. The world is a bit too crazy for it."

*Shakes her head at the bag of things in Swiggin's hands, then calls after him*

"They're rowdy enough as it is!"

*turns her attention to Kyrem, and shakes her head*

"The court in Duvain keeps their fancy ways yet - but Suvant is absolutely above us all in that respect."

*Her lips twitch slightly*

*takes a seat next to Aminata*
yes it is a bit early in the season for strawberries but im sure they would make a good jam.

Kyrem shrugs, "I haven't been in Suvant since I got kicked out of the Mage's guild, so I wouldn't know. Forgive me, m'lady, I did not mean to offend."

*Smiles more broadly*

"I mean a jest, of course... About their current.... Elevated status... Are you not familiar with their current position?"

"Not at the moment, I've spent the last couple years looking for a now-dead necromancer and fought a war the last year. I'm sort of shy on current events." He chuckles, finishing off his glass of brandy.

*Bart comes over to where everyone is gathered and waves a greeting to all nearby*

"Hello. How are we all this evening?"

"Evening?" Kyrem questions the dwarf, "May want to check the time, mon ami. It's midday. You feeling alright?"

[Bart Schmied]

"It's evening somewhere friend"

"I should explain. In the mines back home it was always dark, so we got used to just calling every time of the day evening."
