Kyrem can be seen walking into town center carrying a wooden t-shape and a burlap sack. When he reaches the top of the hill at the edge of town center, he drives the t-shape into the ground in the center of the path. He then pulls from the bag a pumpkin with a crudely carved pumpkin, staking it on top of the t-structure to resemble a head. Next he pulls from the bag a black cloak not unlike the ones seen worn by the cultists, draping it over the structure he had built and pulling the hood up over the pumpkin. After that, he pulls from the bag a bottle of some strong-smelling liquid and pours its contents over the effigy. Following this, he takes a couple steps back down the hill and pulls the final item from the bag, a small wooden sign. He stakes the sign a few feet in front of the effigy and then walks around his entire set-up. He holds out his hand in front of the phaux cultist and speaks an incantation,
"I invoke fire to inflict strike!" a gout of blue flame shoots from Kyrem's hand and engulfs the effigy, setting it ablaze. The high elf then collects his things and heads back toward town center and from there to Svenheim unless interrupted.
If looked at, the sign reads: 'Cultist Beware, for the true cleansing fire will soon consume you'
