Primrose is walking from Muintir when she sees the shadowed wings in the sky. She raises an eyebrow at them, then smiles slightly to herself as she heads towards the docks.
She sees the man vault off the boat, and she claps. Though her smile fades a little.
"Nice vault!" She calls out. "Nice boat as well. Though you're not really who I expected to see! Can I help you with something? Are you new to town?"
