Melody blinks. "You can do what now?" She looks really confused.
"Have you ever successfully done that? Because that just doesn't seem possible to me.. I mean checking a patients vitals while working on another patient is difficult enough." She eyes him, "Unless you really did make a deal with a demon I don't see how you can physically do those two procedures at once. I am a Master Physician and can do two surgeries on a patient within short amount of time, but surgeries and intensive care are too difficult to do both at one time, maybe with a couple nurses helping on the intensive care you could transfer that patient off to them, then do the surgery, then go back to doing intensive care, but how would you do both at once, you can't reset a limb and keep someone alive with just one hand." She's clearly distraught over the idea and is rambling with worry and concern.
(I think you need to double check with the rulebook, at level nine you cannot do intensive care on one person and a surgery on the other

vitals and perform concentration intense tasks.
The physician may now use intensive care single handedly as well as perform anatomy checks while using any
other physician skill. )
