Grimnir is lounging against the tavern, a cloak wrapped about him and a sword on his lap.

"Getting chilly, I hope everyone down south can handle some chill while they fight."

*Elle overhears Grimnirs comment and chuckles*

Yes it is that time of the year where the days grow shorter and the air is cooler... I suspect they will be just fine.

*Levi walks by and rolls his eyes.*

"What year is it? 2256? Duvain still exists, as it has in subsequent years before this one. I'm sure somehow the lowly masses will carry on scratching out a bleak existence in the shadow of your impressive and weather-resistant bloodletting, Skullchair.

[Sigurd Vask]

"Not being insulting," Grimnir chuckles, "just wondering aloud. As to bloodletting. .. I recall seeing you kill plenty of people. My past views were mistaken. This is why I spend my time watching the wall for the farmers. Apologies if I offended you prior."

*brennus hobbles by With a squint and a smile at ellewen and levi before he looks to grimnir*
Whats that? no more head chopping in my camp? bloody decent of you... and they say you northern fellas are uncouth.

*Levi smiles.*

"I do have an awful habit of trying to kill the things that threaten the folks in the settlement. I would seek atonement with Cassan and the orcs, but I find my thoughts are not pure and gentle enough for their company.

Anyways, you are free to believe whatever you wish, there is no need to apologize to me for imagined slights. I'm just easily agitated these days. I'm sure it will pass in time, as I learn to detach and lighten up a bit."

"My goal will be to defend this settlement, and perhaps organize my kinsmen into a more devoted fighting force," Grimnir gets up with a groan and a chuckle. "It benefits us all to fight together rather then seek to murder one another."

Ash skips up to the group humming a happy tune. She is wearnig her long grey cloak but as she skips you see that she is still wearing just her short green dress underneath.

"Afternoon everyone!"

I agree we should not try to kill everything that moves... in some cases you can solve problems with words...
