*Ludvic walks from camp to camp and repeats the following crying*

"Hear ye, Hear ye
For those of you who have traveled by boat or harvested from the water the Aqua has smiled on you. The water is her kingdom and we are building this to respect and thank her for her protections.
Father Meer will meet with all in town center at 5 bells this afternoon to discuss next steps towards completion. As a harbor town and a new colony lets come together and build the best monument that has been seen. Creating exciting attractions like this will increase the flow of visitors and merchants alike.
