Father Meer walks to town center and looks for a gathering of the dragon followers. Once he finds them and allows time for other to gather he addresses the gathering.
"Before I left I had asked for you to collect elemental stones, were you able to gather any?"

"There is a small seaside cave that will be a suitable site for our shrine. This cave has been known to attract elementals specifically of earth and water. recently however, there has been a decline in the population of water elementals and an increase is those of earth."
"This inner chambers of this cave will be the perfect location so we will have to make our way deep into the cave. The Earth elementals will likely be opposed to our actions, and this cave is prone to extensive flooding. Begin making preparations, we should be ready to proceed within 2 weeks."
