Alfric has a wagon near the tavern, loading up crates, barrels, and sacks. His tent is disassembled, and the wagon is nearly full. An open bottle of wine stands nearby, from which Alfric takes a swig time and again. The first snows are starting to fall, and Alfric is bundled against the cold.
