*Levi heads over to the tavern are and gets a warm tea. He pulls out a flask and pours in a little. He looks at Vali, then he pours a bit more into the tea before bringing it over to Vali and offering it to him.*
"Change your clothes and get under a blanket if you can."

*Vali waves away the offer of the tea and drink from his own flask before staring out to the sea* Ta air is warm enough as is Levi. Not really sure what's gotten in ta Drakkon he, likes ta watch his prey wiggle more then just a few seconds.

*Levi shrugs.*
"Maybe its some lingering fae business, but folks don't seem like they much want to get along of late. Shame, that." *He looks at the tea he's holding, then up at the sky, then takes a sip.* "Not noon quite yet, but waste not want not. Stay warm. When you're wet like that the wind will cut through you like sharp steel." *He looks down at Vali and shrugs again. Then turns to head back to the tavern.*
