-Haru can be seen laying down in his cell with his arms behind his head almost like deep in thought-
"Wonder if anyone will stop by at all? Can't help but be curious as to the word around town"

Some time later a young Hobling walks up to the cell with a basket in her arm. She knocks on the cells bars like a door, a concerned smile on her face.
"Hello! Doctor Primrose Hanako Burrows at your service. How are you doing? I heard they were keeping someone here and wanted to make sure you were okay."

-turns his head. Blinks- "primrose? Well it has been a while at that. I'm well. Though could be losing my mind slightly."

She grins then straightens up keeping a professional composure through her smile.
"So Mister Human... How'd you get in here and what are the laws regarding your assistance?"

"I had interrupted the soliders of their duties at the..tavern of which I am unsure is still open by the docks. Attacked a solider as well at said tavern. As for the laws of assistance haven't a clue. I have my reasons for doing what I did.

Primrose sets her basket beside her, and extends her hand into the cage.
"Well, right or wrong of your actions, I am a Doctor and your health, regardless of alignment, is my concern!"
She says the words like they're recited from memory. She still gives a smile.
"May I check your wrist? When was the last time you ate or had clean water?"

Primrose looks over his wrists and hands. She does various small tests, like bending his fingers and pitching his skin.
