"That was extreme. I don't want to tell you your business, but someone in your camp should be the one to show him a little kindness.
If he takes this with grace now, he can grow into a leadership role down the line. I'm not angry with him as a doctor. But I have to trust my life to the hospital, and I can't put that sort of faith in him yet as a leader. He can grow into it if he stop assuming he has all the answers, and starts asking people what they want instead of telling people what they need."
