I went into the prelog procedure and they talk about a blanket,
what is that? Is it something to keep yourself warm or it have an other signification?

A blanket is basically a package of CP, which stands for 'CHaracter Points' which is basically experience points.
In order to learn new abilities, you must spend your character points on skills.
A blanket is basically a sum of CP you receive for playing an event and can apply to your character.

Every event you will receive a Blanket of CP that you can apply to your character. As your character levels up the amount of CP you get for each blanket decreases.

You can see this progression in the chart on page 12 of the Core Rulebook.

On page 11 of the Core Rulebook you can find the information about True Names.

Your True Name is basically the name to your soul, and anyone who knows your true name can have full control over you. You can pick any name you like.

There is no one design. Sometimes tribes have their own marks, but it is completely up to you what tattoos you would have.
