(The Uniform is definitely of duvainian origin. Anyone who is well informed about Duvain will recognize it as a navy uniform. Anyone well acquainted with the navy will recognize that it is a Second Leutenant, it also bears the crest of the First Sea Lord)
He addresses the gathering of citizens.
"I am here on behalf of the First Sea Lord himself tasked with investigating a rather grave matter. Recently it has been suggested that a large force of Orcs stand poised to invade this settlement. I admit that I assumed some sort of confusion or miscommunication, but it seems as though I have arrived on the eve of the attack. Orcs have already taken the Skein gate."
