To my fellow Galloglach,
My name is Brondulf Elricson, I have lived in this town for nearly three years as a home away from home. In this time I have seen friendships rise and fall, bonds forged and broken, loved ones found and lost... but I have never given up my desire to see my kinsmen flourish together united in blood and spirit.
Our clan have always made a name for ourselves as feared warriors and mercenaries. Our kilts are more than colors of green and blue of a clan, they unite us on the battlefield. Our history is one of togetherness, of a family that spans across an entire island and further beyond, one that has endured countless conflicts and remained standing because of our conviction and loyalty to each other.
This town of Ralinwood, my home away from home, has not had a place for our people to truly gather as Galloglach, no camp to call our own these last three years. We have thrived away from the shores of Talamhran when we come together, so I ask my clansmen to come together so we may support each other and plan for the future. I do not care how long you have been gone from home, what faith you hold, whether your colors are given by blood and birth or earned through action and spirit, or even whether you kilt no longer hangs at your waist... all of you are kinsmen in my eyes, and all are welcome to join us.
I will be holding a gathering on the 11th of April, a little over a fortnight at the time of this notice. We will meet in the tavern first before moving at 9 bells. I look forward to seeing all of you there.
