Leather Armour Making
#1
Hey, I was just wondering about the construction of leather armor. The only leather I have access to is 1.85mm thick (just below 5oz) and its a surprisingly ugly white. If I were to attach layers of nicer looking false leather to the 1.85mm leather to make it >2mm, would it be up to standard?

Visual aid;
------------ Nice "Leather"
====== Ugly 1.85 Leather
------------ Nice "Leather"

Hey armor Marshal here: You can layer leathers to get up to the correct thickness but it must be real leather you layer with. Fake leather while looking nice does not count as armor in our system.
A lightly armored einish man. He has neck length brown braided hair and is clad in a black leather tunic and a kilt of Lofoten colours.

Cheers m8, I'll make sure to layer those suckers up so that they are the right thickness before I put any kind of outer layering on.
