Seeking Master Blacksmith

I am in need of a smith of legendary quality to help construct a shield that will withstand any blow thrown against it, as the rocky shores of deflect the blows of a storm. I will not need the shield itself for another two moons, but would still like to secure a smith in preparation. I have enough material in my possession to create the shield, and am willing to discuss further payment for your time and service, I can be found easily around town if you just look for me.
