I can keep someone in intensive care with one hand while performing a major surgery on another with the other hand at the same time if that make's sense, the way I was taught how the whole medical system works for skills is Ranks, its to make sure you know who can do what so ye dont get a beginner being asked to perform a surgery they not have the trainin' for. Im a Rank 9 physician if ye happen to understand that whole rank system."
