[Roland]

After a moments thought Roland speaks again. " On my first day here I met a man name Kare. I believe he is also a doctor so you may seek him out, though where he is I know not".

[Ludwig von Zauberer]

*He smiles*

"Fraülein Burrows, it iz a pleasure. Mein name is Ludwig von Zauberer, Hexenmeister and Arcanist"

*He strokes his long white beard*

"Ze nobility are in a state of flux at ze moment. Ze hospital is run by Iris, unt guarded by ze Gargylen Doyly. Perhaps seeking ze Gargylen out might be your best idea, ja?"
*He slowly raises from his seat, bracing on a wooden staff with metal nodes stuck in it. He holds out a shaky hand with a smile*

Melody frowns. "So he does greet every new person to town it seems. Makes me wonder..." She looks to the old man, "This Iris, what race is she?"

[Primrose]

Prim shakes her head at Roland's words. She looks over at Melody. "I have no interest in meeting Kare again. I'm... trying to stay away from demons. I've heard that whether he is one or not is debatable but... still..."

She then glances over at the dwarf. She forces a smile and shakes his hand. "Thank you Ludwig. I'll seek out the Gargylen then?"

[Ludwig von Zauberer]

*He retracts his hand and strokes his beard*

"Hrm? Oh, fraülein Iris? She is a Vood Fae. Unt ja, ze lad here is correct, Kare is a very skilled unt capable doctor"

*He cocks an eyebrow*

"Have you met Iris or Kare before, miss...?"

[Roland]

Roland smiles a little

"If Kare is a demon he is much friendly then I imagined them to be. However, since I've never encountered one in the flesh I'd have nothing to compare him to. I respect your caution little one, it is a good quality to have. Especially when meeting new people."

[Ludwig von Zauberer]

*Ludwig looks incredibly confused*

"Who said poor Herr Rosner vas a Demon?"

[Zhliepir]

Melody gives a little bow to the old man. "Melody, and truth be told, I'm quite the skilled doctor myself. And yes, he was the first person we met in town, followed by a woodfae saying he was alike a demon who preys on the new to town. Both Primrose and I have had nothing but bad experiences with demons." She brushes her hands clean of crumbs when she finishes eating.

"Thank you for the information Ludwig."

[Ludwig von Zauberer]

*He raises an eyebrow*

"Vell you are most velcome, but I can assure you as a scholar of knowledge zat Kare is merely a man. Quite velcoming to all. Perhaps zis Vood Fae vas in jest?"

*He smiles*

"In any case, if you reqvire any information about ze island of Duvain, or any other subjects for zat matter, please do not hesitate to find me unt ask. Auf wiedersehen!"

*He hobbles away into the field slowly, humming to himself*

Grimnir watches from under the cover of the tavern, eyes never leaving the newcomers.
