The light pauses when Ludwig shouts a question at it, and very slowly, it drifts back in his direction. It gets closer...and closer...and closer...and then, rather abruptly, alights on the brim of his hat. While it gives off a slight warmth, it does not burn or cause any damage in its current spot. It simply seems to have settled there.
