This is the hand of Magus Ilphas of the Skein Dominion, removed for the crime of theft for encouraging citizens not sworn to me to use the healing circle laid for my own tax-paying citizens. He will be permitted to have the limb magically restored in one month's time. May those who would consider following his example be warned that theft will not be tolerated in any part of the Republic of Duvain.
