Regarding the Catacombs - MM/NPL Dustin - 02-13-2020
For the time being, I would lawfully request the citizens of the Republic to refrain from attempting to enter the catacombs. Efforts have been made to magically seal them to disallow entrance to or exit from the tunnel system. If you wish to access the catacombs for any reason, seek me out so that it may be discussed.
