Searching for Captain Riven - Wigzozz Teeftaka' - 05-22-2018
*Wigzozz can be seen walking about town, every now and then he pauses to yell the following*
"CAPTAIN MAAAAAAN!!!! CAPTAIN MAN RIVEEEEEN!!! WHERE YOU BE!???? WIGZOZZ NEED TAAAA-AAAAALK!"
*Wigzozz will stop yelling if approached. If no one approaches during the day, he will try again the next day*

Riven is sitting near the Gnomish monument. When he hears the call, he gets up and approaches Wigzozz.
"What can I help you with today?"

"Me just wanted to ask about dat law paper 'fing Capri talk to you about and me talk to you about. Make sure Wigzozz not get in trouble and be legal."
*rolls tongue on the word legal*

He nods “I’ve taken down your name and the type of writ you’ve requested. I will inform the Regent when I next see him. You may be questioned on why you want the writ so be prepared for that. I’ll let you know as soon as anything changes”
