Shattered Elves in Berphaunt - Dr. Moran - 05-08-2018
Ralinwood,
I recently traveled to Jericho and, while there, heard that some Shattered Elves were sighted and attempted to kidnap an individual to sacrifice to the Mortigeist. This means that they may start appearing here as well. I recommend not going anywhere alone and remember that these rituals, should you find one, must be stopped at any cost lest the Mortigeist be free to hunt for longer.
You will often hear the Shattered Elves before you see them as they are all in constant hysteria. It is common for them to form hunting parties and seek out victims. These parties can include Dark Weavers. They are weak to Psionic ego spells, as demons are, but otherwise tend to be quite powerful.
A number of elves were killed while I was there, I would recommend any and all elves in the area begin considering their options should he arrive.
