Sparking a Match - A call to any dwindling Lights. - Nylon - 08-01-2017 If there are those in this town who follow the light, but are scared of what may come if you are public. I ask you to please find me. This town is dark, lit up in hellfire. Those with sparks of hope, the will to do good and make a place that's safe. I place where you don't need to submit to the dark and the forces of hell just to get by. I've seen potential in your citizens and I dont wish to see this place like Jericho. A place where the dark church has there slimey tendrils in everything and every candle gets snuffed before its even lit. Please, those who plead for good, I call you to me. Find me as soon as possible. I wish to speak to you. Penned for Nylon, The Best Savar RE: Sparking a Match - A call to any dwindling Lights. - Carrion - 08-01-2017 Perhaps you should speak to your Pride Mother before posting such things. She might educate you on things you seem woefully misinformed about. - Carrion RE: Sparking a Match - A call to any dwindling Lights. - Hannick - 08-01-2017 You are always able to speak with myself Nylon I know a few other followers of the light in Ralinwood. You have the right desire for wanting to band together and help prevent the darkness from embedding itself too deeply in this town. Do not let others belittle or demean you, find your own way, a better way. With love, Hannick RE: Sparking a Match - A call to any dwindling Lights. - Rajani the Dark - 08-01-2017 Nylon, Come see me. Now. ~penned for a very irate and tired looking Rajani RE: Sparking a Match - A call to any dwindling Lights. - Granyte the Ogre - 08-01-2017 You seem poorly misinformed young Savar. Come speak with me in the Guiding Lights camp and you will see just how bright the Light can be. Yes, Darkness is in Ralinwood, but there shall always be a guiding light to show the path. RE: Sparking a Match - A call to any dwindling Lights. - Hannick - 08-02-2017 As the light we have our differences. I implore those who follow the light to seek out and speak with Nylon. It is time we moved past our petty squabbles and infighting. Look at what Jericho has become, and look around you now. Look at who the Wardens are, almost all those who forsook the light. With the Whiteraven accords that will be adopted, are they really who should be in charge of enforcing law? If you do not wish for things to become like they are in Jericho, where darkness prospers, then speak up. Let us unite and enable change together. With love, Hannick. RE: Sparking a Match - A call to any dwindling Lights. - Juniper - 08-02-2017 Please be careful to not incite violence. The light is a beautiful thing, but do not get carried away either. Just as the dark can be dangerous as can the light. Nylon has spoken and made it public knowledge that he is okay with snuffing out the light and innocents in order to get rid of a single dark follower and I cannot condone this type of thinking. His belief is if you are aware of the dark but do nothing of it, you are just as bad as the dark. I encourage civil conversations and am more than happy to listen to any complaints people may have. - Juniper Follower of Cassandra Physician of the Mind Healing Caster Warden of Ralinwood RE: Sparking a Match - A call to any dwindling Lights. - Andrei Katrares - 08-02-2017 I must profess that I am quite confused as to how beings like Malagant might find adherents in any place where beings are not compelled to worship by force. But if the notice from Juniper is correct, I recommend you think carefully on your next words. What we opine and what we do are rarely one and the same. I do not profess to be an elf of some great or vaunted tolerance. I do not shame myself for what my thoughts on issues of therianthropy or undeath or the demonic are. But I do understand that the unity of the tribe must be the paramount concern if we are to thrive. Remember, then, that doing a good thing does not hold as prerequisite the adherence of any divine or draconic entity. The same, then, can be said of any unworthy act as well. It is no great victory to conquer a foe by blade and spell. Victory is winning the hearts of your foes with dignity and graciousness. To make allies from enemies. I implore you to ponder what I have written, and seek me out if you wish to discuss further. The humble elf would be pleased to share water with you if do. ~ Ferdouz RE: Sparking a Match - A call to any dwindling Lights. - Hannick - 08-02-2017 Thank you Warden Juniper, but your response was demeaning to both myself and Nylon. In this instance he did not invite violence and my call was to talk and be aware. I know you have a personal bias against me, and it's things like this which the light must work against. Ferdouz, I have asked people be aware. To make any change we must first be aware of what to change. I have never and will never, promote violence as the first or optimal method of change. Neither of my postings have remotely put forth violence as the call. For those who would like to speak and make a difference, please read the boards. Remember the light is not just the Citadel, we are reasonable. I shall be making more postings soon. With love, Hannick RE: Sparking a Match - A call to any dwindling Lights. - Hannick - 08-02-2017 In fact before Juniper no one even mentioned violence. It is the light she chose to view us in. Perhaps she should have her eyes checked. |
