I can teach you how to spot then if you wish if I'm around. The firbolg's offered to teach us how to properly hunt them, so going to their village to ask around might turn up useful!

Seek the Firbolg encampment as was said already, I can as well offer to teach you how to identify and defend yourself better against various Undead. It will be an essential skill if you wish to learn to hunt them. It is a skill I have offered for months in this colony, free of charge.
