Had Hollander tell me after last game but forgot. Basically where are the most hoity toity high elves from, if they don't have a specific home land then the area with a majority of high elves will do.

Suvant the floating city (extra hoity) and Day'ten the island suburb (extra toity).
Most other places have 10%ish High Elves living there.

The fanciest high elves are from Suvant. Day'tish high elves are more down to earth (heyyyoooo) (but actually).
