*Two Duvanian soldiers carry halberds march a damp human man toward the clearing near the town tavern. The man has his hands in stocks and his feet in ferters and chains. Once they reach the metal post coming out of the stone slab in the field they unclasp the fetter from on ankle and attach it to the post. The guards pull up chairs and take their seats.*

"This seems to have gotten out of hand, I am so sorry." *She nods to him, hoping he hears. Before moving on down to the cabins.*

"I interrupted military business and attacked a solider with no intent to kill. This was over the soliders asking for the permits at the new tavern that opened up by the docks"

"Ah. Okay. Well, good no one died. So then why is tha' guy in the stocks?"
*Byford paused for a second.*
"Anyone needs healing?"

"Good question. The soliders will be able answer why I am in the stocks. I'm Harutsuki by the way. I'd shake your hand if my hands weren't tied"
