I found a rather nice and affordable latex sword from a friend, but the blade is black in colour, can I use that? Or is there rules against it?

weapon black is an alchemical effect, i don't think its expensive since it is cosmetic

There are probably some pro art types that know how to paint a latex sword well if you prefer a different colouring
