So, blankets are a thing with which I am very familiar, at least from other larps, and UW some time ago.
What I'm not exactly clear on is the ways one can get them.
How many soul frags to the blanket? How much money per soul frags?
Once upon a time, your character could pay for upkeep to gain a second blanket, does this rule still exist?
So many questions!

Blankets are acquired by paying for and attending events. You typically gain 1 Blanket per event, but some events reward you with 2.
35 Frags equals 1 Blanket.
Any player is welcome to double blanket their character at the time or Prelog provided they have the blankets or enough Frags (to purchase Blankets)
