Citizens of Ralinwood,
I have decided to open up my small abode for the purposes of magical study and comparison of theories. All are welcome. In addition, I shall be selling small trinkets and such to try and afford the magical scrolls needed to further my research. Please inquire privately as to my wares.

I may be found under the bows of the trees near the tavern. Look for the blue tent with Arcanist symbols upon canvas.
