Seeking out a camp - Roland - 02-23-2015 Dear adventures of Ralinwood, My name is Roland and I am a ranger fairly new to this town. I met a lot of you during the recent ordeal with the true fae. After that encounter I have come to realize that there is safety in numbers, especially here in Ralinwood. I am seeking a camp to stake my tent if any have room and would have me. I do not have much but can offer my skills as a blacksmith, a good bow arm and friendly company. I can be found at town center if any can accommodate me. Roland RE: Seeking out a camp - Neomi Yves - 02-24-2015 Roland, If it is your wish and your not uncomfortable around dragon followers, you are welcome to join my group of friends in our search for a place to stay. My group and I are accepting to new people and look forward to formally being a part of the Town. If this interests you, by all means come a see me at your earliest convenience. In the name of Styphon, Yves RE: Seeking out a camp - Andrei Katrares - 02-24-2015 Mister or Miss Yves, That is not an error in transcription from recitation, is it? It does actually read 'In the name of Styphon', doesn't it? ~Levi RE: Seeking out a camp - Amilija Bordello - 02-24-2015 Hey Roland! You're welcome to stay with me if you'd like! Most of the people with us are followers of Festus so as long as you're okay with lots pf music and dancing and parties you're welcome! ~Ash RE: Seeking out a camp - Shoshana - 02-24-2015 Roland, You are welcome to come by our camp, camp Red Robin, so we may meet you. Our camp is for followers of Cassandra or those alligned with her goals. Please feel free to come by anytime to talk with us. Be safe, Silvie Leafrunner RE: Seeking out a camp - River_forestwolven - 02-24-2015 Sadly my tent is small- if you don't mine tight sleeping areas and don't snore, you could join me. Sadly, I can not speak for my camp, but they are a great group. Luna. RE: Seeking out a camp - Neomi Yves - 02-24-2015 Dear Levi, It does read "In the name of Styphon." That is whom I follow. I hope this will not cause a problem? Miss Yves is appropriate. Yves PS: I'm afraid I'm not quite sure I've met you. If you would like to discuss this in any measure; I'd rather it in person. Please seek me out. ((OOG: If you want you can send me a pm; to continue this.)) RE: Seeking out a camp - Andrei Katrares - 02-24-2015 Miss Yves, Recent history tells us there are a thousand score dead humans and elves, raised as unwilling servants, the mindless undead, punished for choosing to worship another being in their homes -- and they speak volumes to me. They give me all the clarity I need in this matter. No meeting is necessary. ~Levi RE: Seeking out a camp - Neomi Yves - 02-24-2015 Dear Levi, Ah yes. I recall that now. However, you do not know of my history. You do recall that not all Gods, Elves, Humans, Einher, or Beasts are clean from killing all kinds and raising unwilling servants. Necromancy is an art that can be learned by all if you talk to the right people I might add. Let's discuss unwilling servants. I do recall several people owning slaves around the world. You cannot just point a finger at my Dragon and accuse him and only him of the above noted. There is a lot more to this story than one can imagine. If you do not know me or know of my story, don't act as you do. In Service my Great Dragon, Styphon Yves. RE: Seeking out a camp - Andrei Katrares - 02-24-2015 I would respond the same way to any open worship of Malagant. Or any group that open pushes for necromancy. Necromancy is an obvious threat to my life, and the lives of those I care for. I happen to take that very seriously. I'm not sure what the fascination with necromancy in this settlement is, but I certainly remember everyone else hiding far afield or crying alone in the woods when the undead came into the town on the Hallows. I certainly remember people fleeing for their lives, huddled in bushes and thickets, pining for the nobles' aid and their protective wards when the mist marauders and their vampire leader came to port. I remember hearing how many perished those days. And now I am to accept that foolhardy settlers, or newcomers such as yourself, should be given the right to lord this power over the rest of us? Necromancy isn't a tool for self defence, or the betterment of the settlement. Its used to threaten, murder, and take power from those who would otherwise be your equals. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a fool. If you think your story can change my mind, feel free to seek me out. I make camp just down the path from the tavern, in the Emerald Camp. ~ Levi |
