Ladies and Gentlemen of Ralinwood.
Thus far the only group that I have received a confirmation from is the vanguard, for which Callum of Muintir will act as representative.
One note about the vanguard is that they are charged directly from our nobility to provide the defensive force for our farmers and the town. I have been in consult with Callum and it concerns me that the numbers are not larger. Please my friends if you are interested in joining this group let Callum know.
Aside from that I have not heard from the other guilds or groups in Ralinwood. Which might make for a pretty short meeting this week.
So to sum up there will be an initial meeting of the council this week to discuss business for the next meeting mid day High Winter, as well as to keep our Nobles informed of the progress.
On High winter we will vote for 2 members from the general populace that will be members of our council.

This is not an official notice of such, but so far the thought seems to be that the Hospital will choose a representative at High Winter when everyone can be gathered.
